The probably best and unique feature of this vocabulary trainer are the visual learning aids:- You see a Chinese character (e.g. monkey) and don't recognize it.
- Instead of just clicking the "give me the answer!" button, you can request up to 3 hints which will give you clues about the meaning of the character AND enhance your understanding of Chinese radicals (in this case it will highlight the component which means "man" and then the component which means "dog" or "animal" and then display the fist letter of the requested translation ("m").This gratly enhances the learning experience and keeps motivation up in the many cases when you're sure that you've seen that character before but need a little clue to help you remember.
